[Request] Pending Storm Astonished

A recoloring of Rainbow Dash Astonished   to reflect the OC of my friend Pending Storm .
The original RD animation was made by AuroraSwirls , which was inspired by the base made by MlpMuslimah .
Pending Storm's OC was created by Yoichi Hayabusa.

This one was made entirely in GIMP, and admittedly it took a hell of a lot longer than it needed to. In fact, at the end I realized my whole method could've been boiled down to a basic pixelated technique, and I wasted so much time making every line smooth and HD. But the good news is: I learned a new technique!
